AI cutout software for print & sign shops
Your customer uploads a photo. Your website draws the cutline.
Lifesizy is a one-script add-on for the website you already run. The moment a customer uploads a photo, AI finds the edge of the subject and builds a production-ready contour cutline — live, on-screen, at true size. No hand tracing, no emailed proofs, no 3-to-5-day wait.
The same engine runs in production at KarTent, our sister company, where it has powered thousands of live cutout orders.
First month free — no card, no contract, cancel anytime.
What is Lifesizy? A small widget you drop onto your own website with one line of script. Your customer uploads a photo, picks a size, and AI instantly draws the contour cutline on their cutout — and you receive the order with a production-ready cut file. Works on WooCommerce, Shopify, or your own web-to-print stack.
How it works
You add it once. Your customers do the rest.
Lifesizy runs on your own product page — one line of script, no replatforming. From there, every order works like this:
<script src="lifesizy.js">Add one line of script
Paste one script tag on your product page. That's the install. Your site, your branding, your checkout.

Your customer uploads a photo
A person, a pet, a product — right on your page. No email, no file requirements to explain.

The cutline draws itself, live
Lifesizy removes the background and draws the contour cutline automatically, at the real size they picked. Cm or inches, one tap.

Your process today vs. with Lifesizy
Every cutout order still costs you tracing time and proof emails
Drag the blade across the photo: left is the job as it reaches you today, right is the same job the second your customer uploads it.

FAQ
Questions from the shop floor
Software for your shop. Lifesizy never sells to your customers — it's a widget on your website, under your brand, feeding your production. Your customer uploads a photo on your product page, sees the cutline live, and the order comes to you with a production-ready cut file.
Yes. AI detects the subject and removes the background; a precise geometric offset then builds the die-cut cutline — a true vector path, not a traced bitmap. For a standard cutout on a clean background it's ready for your workflow, and on unusual jobs you keep control and can review the cut file before anything goes to production.
As a vector cutline on its own path — the CutContour spot color your cutting table and RIP already expect. It is a separate layer from the artwork, so it drops into your existing die-cut and thru-cut setup without extra prep.
Lifesizy draws the cutline; you cut it on whatever you already run — cardboard and foamboard for freestanding cutouts and standees, plus the rigid and flexible substrates you use for other die-cut display work. It is not tied to one material.
Yes. The cutline is built with an outward offset around the detected subject, so you get the margin you need for a clean cut. The preview shows exactly where the cut will fall at the real product size.
Almost certainly. Lifesizy loads from a single line of script and runs on top of your current site — WooCommerce, Shopify, a custom web-to-print stack, or something else. No replatforming and no rebuild.
No. Life-size cutouts are the obvious starting point, but Lifesizy works for custom die-cut print products in general — standees, shaped signage, display pieces, and more. Any job where a customer's photo needs a cutline.
Every order comes into your own Lifesizy dashboard — one per shop. Your customer approves the live preview on your site, and you receive the original print-ready PDF plus the vector cut path on its CutContour layer. It's the confirmed proof and the production file in one, ready to drop into your print-and-cut workflow.
No. Only real orders count. Every visitor can upload a photo and see their cutline live for free — that never touches your plan. Your order volume only moves when a customer actually places an order and you receive the production-ready PDF. And you stay in control: sizes, pricing and materials are all yours to configure in your dashboard.
Yes. Uploaded photos are handled with strict limits and short retention, and we strip location and camera metadata. We built it privacy-first for EU and UK rules from day one.
Two ways to pay — every plan gets the full product: the live widget on your own product page (WooCommerce plugin or one line of script) or a hosted upload page we run for you. Flex has no subscription at all: €5 per figure, billed monthly afterwards for the figures we actually turned into production files — a customer ordering three copies of the same figure counts once, and a month without orders costs nothing. Ideal if you only do a handful of cutouts a month. Or pick a flat monthly plan when your volume is steady: Studio at €99/mo (up to ~40 cutout orders), Shop at €249/mo (up to ~150), and Volume at €499/mo (unlimited, fair use) — above roughly 20 orders a month, a flat plan beats paying per order. Your first month is completely free on every plan — on Flex that means your first month of orders costs nothing. No setup fee, no contract, cancel in one click. Prices are in EUR.
